INTRODUCTION

The word immersion is done outside the school campus where in student are obliged
undergo. The K-12 work immersion program as a means to develop competencies and work
ethics. In preparation for the real world and its challenges as a part of Department of Education.
Order No. 40 series of 2015 the senior high school (SHS) curriculum existing 80 hours of hand
experience. The grade 12 student will undergo the said immersion to expose them to the actual
work place setting and to enrich the competencies provided by the school and head desi grated
partners institution.

Immersion has two (2) meaning in K to 12. The first meaning refers to a required SHS
subject in the curriculum. The second meaning refers not a subject but to preferred mode of
delivery of Technical Vocational subject.

THE TRAINING AREA

1. History
Home based work immersion is the new protocol of the Department of Education which
means the SHS student will practice their knowledge and skills in their home with help of
their friend, family love ones to act their task like a worker.

LETTER TO THE READERS
Hello dearest readers! Good day to all of us hope you are all doing okay this day because
we are all graduating students of Anastacio G. Yumul High School hope all of us will graduate.
Before we all graduate, we go first with struggles to achieve our goals as students. There comes
so many assignments, project to be pass soon. Activities at school just like this work immersion.
This is very important to have this immersion because we cannot go outside to practice our skills
complete because of the pandemic that’s why this is very hard for us as a student that we will
work in our own like home base work immersion. Work immersion doesn’t mean you will work
others just to passed out our activities at school but we do this to mingle and learn about them.
We learned by working by the help of other people and also ourselves. Work immersion also
helps us to know how business or a worker do to be more productive or successful with their
doings. This activity of school helps us to put our learning at school in real situation.

With the deepest gratitude and appreciation. I humbly give thanks to the people who
patiently helped me in making my on job training possible.
To my parents for their unending love and support for my providing all my needs
financially and morally for their patience and understanding. For their pieces’ advice and for
being there at all times.

the limits and to make the best out of everyone.
To the institution where I am studying Anastacio G. Yumul High School in Balutu
Concepcion Tarlac where I was molded to become who I am today.
To everyone who become part of my success. To my friend’s classmates and to everyone
who shown support.
Above all, to our almighty God for his immeasurable love and for all the blessing he
showered upon me. With all my heart and soul, I thank him for guiding me during my ups and
downs. For giving me my love ones safe and by his grace I was able to finish without any
conflict.
