Served as internal administrator, project manager, and technical expert for various HR specialty programs
such as the Workforce Transition Program (matched skills of displaced employees to other available
company positions), the Medical Transition Program (placed employees with medical problems into a job
where they could function with their existing condition), the Personal Leave of Absence Program/FMLA,
and the Transfer/Hardship List program and processes. Successfully managed an average of 30 or more
employees per month. Processed and maintained confidential employee records to include hours worked
and time entry for pay. Worked with senior management and Employee Relations to create HR policies
and procedures. Interpreted policies, provisions, and procedures to ensure practices were in compliance
with corporate policies and/or external agencies.
