Quick steps for project proposals submission

HOW TO ACCESS THE IPAF ONLINE SYSTEM
IF IT IS THE FIRST TIME YOU ACCESS
1. Create a new profile by clicking <<New registration>>. Please note down your username and password.

2. Once you have entered basic information, you will receive your activation link to the email address provided. Example of email message you will receive: To activate your account, click on the following link https://webapps.ifad.org/ipaft/account/activate?token=DL22LLKChRV2f2dsdETYT 3sI3qnp7y203kwKs0jm 3. To activate your account click on the link.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR PROFILE AND SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL

5. Complete your organization profile. 6. Insert your project details. Important: Before submission you can save your profile and project details by clicking on <<Save>> and edit them by accessing your account. After submission you will NOT be able to edit anymore. 7. Once you are ready, you can submit the proposal by clicking on <<Submit this proposal>>. Please remember that proposals can be submitted until 31 August 2011, at 24.00 hrs, Italian time zone. IFAD will accept only ONE proposal from each organization. If an organization submits more than one proposal, only the FIRST one will be considered.

8. If you have already submitted your proposal and you want to check its status, please login to your account on https://webapps.ifad.org/ipaft/login
