Steps on How to Find the Email from DepEd Commons Account

Activation
1. Go to www.office.com
2. Click the Sign in button.

3. Type your e-mail address then click the Next button below.
Note: Please use the Office 365 account we have sent to your email. If you can’t find your account,
just email ict.lucena@deped.gov.ph to resend your credentials.

4. Type your password then click Sign in button below.

5. You will be required to set-up some of your information for account securities. Just click Next button
below.

6. To keep your account secured, you must need to set up at least 1 of the options below. Afterwards,
you can now click the Finish button.

7. You will be directed to Microsoft Office Home now, look for Microsoft Outlook and open it by
clicking its logo.

8. You will be directed to Microsoft Outlook.

9. Now, if you have already created your DepEd Commons Account you will see this kind of message
containing the steps on how to activate your DepEd Commons Account.

10. Open the message, read carefully and follow the activation steps properly.
