Instructions to create account and access digital

material and licenses at Natur & Kultur.

Create your account
Please note that you can get our pages translated to several languages
if you use Google Chrome web browser and if you download the Google
Translate app that automatically translates the text on the web page
when you right-click.

Create an account at Natur & Kultur

1. Go to nokportalen.se
2. Click on Skapa konto to create an account.

3. Fill in the form:

• Förnamn = First name
• Efternamn = Surname/Last name
• E-post = Email address (will be your username)
• Lösenord = Password (min. 8 characters)
• Tick the first box if you want to get email newsletters (in Swedish)

• Tick the second box to accept terms and conditions
(Jag har läst och godkänner villkoren) – this needs to be ticked to be
able to create the account
• Click on the button Skapa konto

4. You will see the information above on your web page, which means
that you need to verify your email.

• Find the verification email that was sent to your email address, with
the subject: Verifiera din e-postadress. This needs to be done
within 24 hours from the receipt of the email.
• If you don't find the email, please check if you can find it in your junk
mail.

• Click on the link in the email: Verifiera din e-postadress här

Step 1: Create your account

• When you have clicked the link in the email, you will get the
information above saying that your email is verified.
• Click on the button: Fortsätt and you will be logged in to your
account at NOKportalen.

• Click on: Jag har ingen skola to remove the first box on your start
page as you will not need that.
Step 2: Activate your
license with a code
A. First, change the system language to English
(this only needs to be done once)

1. You need to have an account and log in to be able to change system

language and activate your license. See Step 1 or Step 3 in this
instruction for help if you are not logged in.

2. Go to your profile by clicking on your initials in the top menu.

3. Click on Kontoinställningar.

4. Scroll down on the Mitt konto page and choose English under
Inställningar and you will see platform system text in English.

5. Note that you can always go to your start page by clicking on the red
Natur & Kultur logo up in the top menu. Do that now.

B. Activate your license

You need to have an account and log in to be able to activate your
license. See Step 1 or Step 3 in this instruction for help if you are not
logged in.

1. Click on the Add digital products button.

2. Click on Activation code in the pop-up window.

3. You will get a new pop-up window where you will be able to type or
paste the activation code you have received from EF in the field
Activation code. Please make sure to type the code exactly as it is, with
all capital letters, numbers and dashes included.

4. Click on the Activate button to finish the activation of your license

and you will see the product on your start page.

5. If you want to activate more licenses, click on the button: + Add

products and follow the instructions from point 2. on previous page.
Step 3: Log in with
existing account
Log in to NOKportalen with existing account
1. Go to nokportalen.se
2. Click on Logga in which will lead you to the login page.

3. Fill in your email address in the first field: Användarnamn.

4. Fill in your password in the next field: Lösenord.
5. Click on the button Logga in and you will arrive to your start page.

If you don't remember your

password, click on Glömt
lösenordet?. Fill in your email
address and click on Skicka.
You will receive an email with
a link to reset your password.
