1. Open Outlook. If this is your first account, it will ask you to add a new account.
o Enter your email address
o Select Advanced options
o Tick the checkbox to enter your details manually
o Click Connect to proceed

2. If Outlook does not prompt you to add a new account immediately, use the File button in the top
left of the window, and click Add Account.
3. Choose your account type: Office 365

4. Sign in to your Microsoft account:

4. Fill in the IMAP Account Settings:

Incoming mail:
o Server: mail.stratosolutions.net
o Port: 993

Outgoing mail:
o Server: mail.stratosolutions.net
o Port: 465

Select SSL/TLS for both encryption methods

For Outlook setup in Android

1. Install Outlook at Play Store

2. Fill in your email address

3. Enter your password and click Sign In

4. Click Continue to finish setup
For Outlook setup in Iphone

1. Select Passwords & Accounts to add account. Select Exchange

2. Insert your Email only and click Sign in

3. Enter your password and click Sign in.
