HOW TO ADD ADDITIONAL EMAIL/ MAILBOX ON YOUR WINDOWS OUTLOOK CLIENT.
STEP 1. Click “File” from the main outlook window.
STEP 2. Navigate and click Account settings.
STEP 3. Under Email tab. Click “New”
STEP 4. Add your email. Please see below.
STEP 5. Enter your password and click “Sign in”.
STEP 6. Unselect Allow my organization to manage my device and click “No, sign in to this app only.”
STEP 7. Wait your account to be added. Refer to confirmation message below. If asked, please key in
OTP code as provided by the MS Authenticator app or via SMS so it is important that you have done
MFA setup prior to this step.
STEP 8. Restart Outlook by closing and Relaunching the Outlook client. New email is now available.
STEP 9. Right click on the new mailbox and click “Account Properties”.
STEP 10. Mark new email as default. Go back to “Account Settings”. Refer to STEP 1 & 2.
STEP 11. Select your KentPLC mailbox, click “Set as Default” and click “Close”.
STEP 12. Go to “File>Options>Mail” and scroll down until you see “Send messages”. Enable the
checkbox that says, “Always use the default account when composing new messages”. Click “OK”
