Installing Outlook Step by Step

1- From windows button , control panel will show as following :

2- Open control panel and from top right corner will find option : view
by :
Make it view as small icons
3- Will be viewed as following : click mail

4- Mail will shown as follow : click E-mail Accounts

5- After clicking E-mail Accounts will viewed as following : click new

6- After this , following window will appear and click : manual setup and
then click next

7- click on POP or IMAP , and then next

8- Now following window will appear and will fill these data with your
credentials : this is an example :

9- Now you will need to generate your password to use it through the
following steps :
1- Open any internet browser and write in google search box “biz
mail” and click biz mail login “
2- And now all what you do is login with your email address and
password, and default password is: RMCuser@123

3- And you will login and accept license and agreements

4- Now you open your web mail in yahoo , click on your name in the
top right window , and select account info as following:

5- After that you have to click on manage APP Password:

6- Select OUTLOOK from scroll down menu as following:

7- Click Generate , will find a password to use in OUTLOOK desktop

Application
 8- Click to copy your password and paste it in OUTLOOK App
As following example:

10 – Click ctrl+v to paste the password that you have just generated in
the previous outlook screen and click More Settings …
 Remember , “your name” , “E-mail Address” , “User Name” and
“password” are the data which you fill as your E-mail.
And “Account Type” is : IMAP for all users
“Incomming mail server” is : imap.mail.yahoo.com for all users
“outgoing mail server” is : smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com for all

11 – when click on More Settings … will find following screen

Select outgoing tape and select My outgoing server {SMTP}

And click advanced

 Make value 1 – 465
Make value 2 – SSL
Make value 3 – SSL AS SHOWN ABOVE then click OK
Now click NEXT

12 – Now will test and try to connect with Server as follow:

13 – Now you have configured your E-mail account and will open with you
like following :

14 – Congratulations! now you can send and receive your business

E-mail.
