    How to access your e-mail using Microsoft Outlook Before you start
    You need a PC with Internet connection. You need a working email id and password.

    Step 1
    Open Microsoft Outlook and select Email Accounts from the Tool menu.

    Click on Add a new E-Mail account and click Next. From next screen, select Pop3 as server type and click next.

    On next screen fill all the fields as per following instructions: Your Name Your Name e.g. Yogesh Sachdeva Email Address your complete email id e.g. yogs@airtelmail.in Pop3 server pop.gmail.com SMTP server smtp.gmail.com User Name Complete email id e.g. yogs@airtelmail.in Password your password After filling all these details, click on More Settings

    From next screen, select Outgoing Server tab and do following: - Select checkbox My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication - Select radio button Use same settings as my incoming mail server

    Select Advanced tab and do the following: - Enable SSL for POP3 by ticking checkbox The server requires an encryption connection (SSL). - The port of Secured POP3 server is 995 (110) - Enable SSL for SMTP by ticking checkbox The server requires an encryption connection (SSL). - The port of secured SMTP server is 465. (25) - Click OK button.

    After clicking OK, button, you will get the Email Accounts settings screen. Click Next button.

    Click Finish button on next screen.
