Setup a POP3 / IMAP email account in

Incredimail
1. Open Incredimail. Select Tools > Email Accounts.
2. Click Add then choose Other.
3. E-mail address : Full email address, Password : Email account password
4. Then click Next.
5. Fill in the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers details:
o Account type : POP3 / IMAP
o Ingoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
o Outgoing mail server : mail.yourdomain.com
6. Then click Next.
7. Click OK.
8. Select Tools > Email Accounts, double click Dataplugs email account.
9. Click Servers, make sure Username : Full email address.
10. Click Advanced tap and confirm the Server Port Numbers.

Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com

Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com

IMAP Port : 143

IMAP Port : 993

POP3 Port : 110

POP3 Port : 995

Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com

Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com

SMTP Port : 2525

SMTP Port : 465

Remark : If you use Secure SSL / TLS Settings, check the This service requires a secure
connection (SSL) box in both outgoing and Incoming mails.
11. Click OK.
