The 11 megucycle frequencies proved the most effective for this missloD.
Following is a percentage breakdown of traffic per frequency: 8 per
cent on 3 megacyclesj 32 per cent on 7 megacyclesj and 60 per cent on
11 megacycles.
4. Aids: Two requests for VHF/DF were ob-
talood through the facilities of Condor Base. Saipnn. Aircraft made 17
requests for HF/DF bearings, all 17 were obtained. The 313th !fing re_
ported using air-to-air homing effectively. Range .. homers. dd broad-
cast stations were also used successfully.
S. Net Discipline and Security: Net discipline Was reported as
fair. Some operators were continuing the practice of not waiting until
other aircraft finished tra.nsmitting before se:lding their mess.gall.
