remembered and I had vague memory about it. But when I studied ahead of time I knew the information, rather than the information in your head being shaky. Effect 3 The second effect is information is easily forgotten. Information is not remembered at a later date. When people cram and try to memorize all the information in a short period of time, eventually they completely forget all the information. When cramming, the information is held in the brain for only a short time. The student probably hasnt really learned the material and doesnt know the material. And the information is also shaky. 4 The third effect is getting a lower grade. Since sleep less its harder to remember the information and eventually get a lower grade. After cramming and taking the test, I got a bad grade and had a bad health condition due to the cramming. Cramming gives you a shaky understanding. A hard question can leave one confused, and a large amount of guessing. The Harvard study's control group slept regularly for four days, while the variable group was deprived of sleep for the first night. At the end of the four-day cycle, the two groups were tested on image recognition - and the group that got less sleep performed more poorly, because sleep deprivation has a negative effect on the cortex, the part of the brain which is responsible for storing information, Says the University of Arizona doctor, Colin Bamford (Duda). Bamford recommended studying prior to the night before a big test. If a student has studied regularly

beforehand, he said, one last night of cramming would not make a difference in the grade. It affects the students concentration habit. Effect 5 Cramming can lower grades, blank out ones information, and lead to lack of sleep. Although people may be lazy at the time, think of what will happen in the future and imagine the damage a person does to himself when he crams. Also, sleep early and wake up early; that way, every students mind can be fresh and can concentrate better.
