Fall Fitness Schedule Class Descriptions

Fitness classes are free to all YMCA members.

Active Seniors

This is a light to moderate class that words on slowly improving overall flexibility, balance, cardio, muscle, strengthen and body balance.

Pilates

This class will focus on the fundamentals of Pilates in order to improve postures, increase muscle tone and decrease risk of injuries.

Boot Camp

This is an intense workout consisting of pushups, jumping jacks, squats, plyometrics, body-resistance training and, of course, a little running. If you are looking for a challenge, this class is for you.

Core & More

This class will help make your core solid and strong! Class must be taken twice a week to get the results you want. This is group personal training for your abs!

Cardio Strength

A great blend of two popular abdominal classes. We will alternate between Pilates moves and traditional Abs moves to get your core in shape. Please bring your own Mat if you have one!

Zumba

Dance your way to a fitter you with this exciting new class that incorporates unique Latin moves and rhythms.

Butts & Gutts

Power pumping class that will make you burn calories and strength every part of your body. Looking for a total body, this is your class! All classes are subject to change. All participants must be 12 years of age or older All fitness levels are welcome in every class. Inform the instructor if it your first time participating.
