The advantage of this place are: Nearby public facilities ,such as apotic, health laboratory (medical centre), hospital, and bank. It is nearby education buildings such as universities and schools. This area is not too noisy and easier access The common transportation the most easy because many bus were dispersed over the road around the location. It is placed around of distric area with average economy ,e.g. : campus inn & rent house in west and north area. The disadvantage of this place are: Land cost is expensive because it is placed among the offices, health centre, education buildings, shops, etc.
