All Levels Proficiency: Lighting Review plus Blue Screen

Review how to take great shots with 3 point lighting set ups in the Television Studio for portraits AND blue screen shots. You will use blue screen for Puppet Warp Focus Day assignment.

Camera Settings and Composition

Camera Settings: Work in groups of 3 to shoot shots TOGETHER SANDBAGS stay on the light stands TURN OFF OVERHEAD LIGHTS! Camera on TUNGSTEN white balance ISO 800 Use TRIPOD in PORTRAIT direction Composition: Shots should be PORTRAIT (up and down) Watch head roomshould be framed well Eyes opened, no squinting, flattering photograph Little to no shadows Camera Settings and Composition

Shoot the following on gray backdrop in TV Studio: 1. Key + fill + back light partner #1 2. Key + fill + back light + reflector of choice partner #2 3. Key + fill+ back with GEL of choice on back light partner #3 4. Key with GEL of choice + fill + back- partners # 1 & 2 5. Your Choice partner #3 Shoot following on blue screen backdrop in TV Studio: 6,7,8. Full body shot of each partner 1 in x stance 9,10,11. Seated shot of each partner in squatted position 12,13,14. Head/shoulder shot each partner waving Grading Batch rename and save to conference with teacher
