What tells me my product/service is improving ? Service that we developed can be used to facilitate our employee to accessing payroll information

How do my work activities add value to the process ? Integrated finger print for absent with database function Optimizing the recap system for bonus accounting Cooperation between the bank and company (house to house) on payroll transaction

What actions are needed to improve my process ? Recaping employee data continuously
