    Caramel Banana Cheese

    Ingredients / Materials
    10 pieces of ripe plantain 150 grams sugar 50 ml heavy cream 100 gr grated cheese 1 tablespoon margarine

    Steps
    The first heat margarine, put bananas, bananas and cook until browned. Second lift Prepare a heat resistant dish that has been smeared with butter, then arrange bananas in the dish, set aside. Then heat the sugar, and cook until sugar melts and becomes caramel. Lift and pour over the bananas. Finally add heavy cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in oven until cheese is browned.
