Foreclosure Lenders left holding thousands of properties

Foreclosure notices saw some declines in 2011 compared with the 2010, but the number of lender-owned properties those that banks or mortgage companies foreclosed but did not sell at auction continued to be a problem along the Wasatch Front and in Washington County.
