MOVE that the Dumont Board of Education approve motions B1-B11 concerning Finance.

MOVE that the Dumont Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the superintendent of schools, accept the bill list for the month of June 2012 in the amount of $3,490,468.39. MOVE that the Dumont Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the superintendent of schools, approve the May 2012 Transfer Report as attached. MOVE that the Dumont Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the superintendent of schools, accept the report of the board secretary for the month of May 2012 as indicated below and is available in the board office of the district:

MOVE that the Dumont Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the superintendent of schools, authorize the school business administrator to issue a June 30, 2012 bills list as necessary to close the financial statements for the 2011-2012 school year and a July 2012 bills list as necessary to satisfy financial obligations of the district. These bills lists will be presented to the board at the August 23, 2012 board meeting.

that the Dumont Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the superintendent of schools, authorize the school business administrator to make all necessary transfers necessary to close the financial statements for the 2011-2012 school year. All necessary transfers will be presented to the board at the August 23, 2012 board meeting.
