required to perform independent quality inspections before shipment. Inspection standard Out-Going Inspection sampling plan allows 2.5 % defective items, at an inspection accuracy of 95%. If order FAILS the out going inspection , vendor should proceed to inspect ALL items in order & inform Buyer immediately about problem & delay time to solve it .

incoming merchandise is inspected by Distribution Center QA Dept. for order accuracy & quality. Initial inspection is by Sampling for Accuracy of the order. Sampling Plan is based on MIL-STD-105D, which allow up to 2.5% Defective items with 95% Accuracy.

Distribution center inspection policy

If

product FAIL the incoming inspection, the QA will follow the Rejected Merchandise Procedure.

1 major defect per piece=FAIL 3 minor defects per piece=1 major defect per piece=FAIL 2 minor defects=increase tightness of pass/fail criteria 3 fails for same defect=go to 100% inspection
