Elderly vulnerable resident suffering from dementia was cold called by offender who stated that he had come to finish off roof work i.e. dry verge edges. Work had already been undertaken at a cost of 1400 so trader refused access by carer of victim and left scene. ACTIONS REQUESTED

No description of vehicle used. Male white / approx 20 yrs old / stocky build / 57 tall / dark hair / northern accent.
