1. Job Objectives: Identify approximately 3-5 major business/job functions related objectives that are to be
set and agreed by the employee and supervisor. Objectives (objectives should be SMART Specific/Stretching, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound) Ensuring product availability as per reorder level and entertaining stock requisition by various channels. Updates and manages various invoice required during lifting, such as VAT challan, Money Receipts, Gate Pass, Faulty replacement forms on operational basis. Maintaining database of stock and preparing of relevant reports to be aligned with various channels. Assuring of payments made against lifted products and updating of the same. Also ensuring payments done by POs, Checks and cash are deposited. Activation of various products and ensuring operational tickets to be closed within KPI time frame. Providing backend support needed for Post paid and PrePay subscribers. Ensuring activation of scratch cards and devices before reaching subscriber end is the most critical challenge, I am working on making ourselves available round the clock to avoid any subscriber dissatisfaction. Rating

Ensuring various departmental reports to be aligned and updated. Maintain physical verification report weekly, monthly and coordinate with management. Disbursement of products to various channels on a faster pace. Reducing average waiting and transaction time to less than 30 mints.
