Who are we?

The technological information centre for tourism, environment protection and wood industry area 7 Centre East INFOTEH represents an institutional project, funded by the national programme The Development of the Innovation and Technological Transfer Infrastructure INFRATEH initiated by the National Agency for Scientific Research from the Education, Research and Youth Ministry as an initiative of the Brasov Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with important bodies form the districts of Brasov, Covasna and Harghita. INFRATEH is a member of The National Network for Innovation and Technological Transfer Re-NITT of MedC ANCS. Services: information, consultation and technological expertise in the fields of tourism, environment protection and wood industry for SMEs, large companies, universities and institutions; business assistance for innovation and technological transfer towards SMEs; specific trainings in the target areas and in the business sector; assistance and consultation regarding the exploitation of intellectual property rights in the projects areas; the dissemination of the scientific and technologic knowledge, especially to SMEs, including processing by editing and printing promotional materials, design for web pages, etc; support for establishing national and international partnerships; consultation for elaborating the documentation for accessing funds (reimbursable and not reimbursable), economic and financial analyses, financing requests, business plans, promotion, partnership for SMEs, large enterprises, institutions and universities; assistance and consultation for elaborating experimental models and prototypes; socio-economical impact studies, marketing, promotion for the research implementation in the economic field; data bases of the statistics and research results in the field of tourism, environment protection and wood industry. Beneficiaries: companies from the field of tourism, environment protection and wood industry; universities; entities of the research and development system. INFOTEHs objectives: the support of SMEs in applying the research and developments results; growth stimulation of the technological absorption potential; the stimulation of accessing sources of financing; the dissemination of the specific scientific knowledge by editing and printing promotional materials, design of web pages, as well as specialized trainings, seminars and courses.
