LRM Magnetic Inspection System for Steel Tube

LRM-XXI Diagnostic system with LRM Tube software and LRM-NDE Tube Technology is a Non Destructive Testing method for checking of internal and external corrosion as well as wall thinning of tube wall of steel pipe in the refinery, chemical industry and power station (usually inspection of steel tube and some stainles steel tube). The results are display in percentages of the degradation of tube. The test speed is 0.2 to 0.4 m/s when testing the whole length of the tube. The test result could be analyzed in real-time or after the inspection. LRM-MFL probe for tube testing are designed for tube testing from the inside of the tube. The LRM-MFL probes can inspect steel tube with diameter from 0.5 1.5 and 2 4. The probe diameter is 5% to 10% smaller to the tube to be tested. Inspecting of 9m length of the steel tube is not a problem, as the probe has a 15m guiding. The LRM Recoder for Tube Testing is powered by a a DC voltage and can last 6 hours of inspection.

LRM-CTS: Calibration Tube Standard

The calibration standard for Steel Tube Inspection is make with one segment from same tube like in the heat
exchanger to be tested (diameter, material). The calibration standard should be the same diameter and wall thickness of the tube to be inspected.
