PREFACE
As a part of the course curriculum the Second Year B.B.A. students are required to prepare a project report. The objective behind preparing this project report is to relate the management subjects taught in the classroom to their practical application.

The preparation of this project report is based on facts and findings noted during the industrial visit, information received from written and published documents and briefings by company executives of ROLEX RINGS PVT.LTD.

The scope of the project report is limited to an analysis of the company in light of different departments.

My work in this project is therefore, a humble attempt towards this end.
