Had I known in the seventies that the white people, The Jews, The Catholic actually viewed me as an animal or beast, this could have all been avoided. You know, the constitutional amendments and all. Had I attended a Black College instead of the University of New Haven, a white college, this could have been avoided. I probably could have learned to hate people a while ago. However, aAs a Black person we are taught that all people, man or woman, black or white, and yes even homosexuals should be treated like people, no matter what it appears or looks like. One mistake was probably thinking that people other than my parents could be upstanding, honest, hard working people. You would think that if your parents whom havent finished grade schools could live up to a high standard of morality and obey the laws, that people having had attended University would have the issue licked, and an even better set of values or character. That unfortunately is not the case. I always thought people continued their education so that they could see and experience a fuller view of life. This also isnt so. The view they have is that of discrimination, and one in which the public officials in this complaint actually considers me, although educated, and holding to the values taught by my parents, as an animal or cattle. Haven appeared before these people on several occasions, even I was fooled into thinking they were human beings. They however turned out to be demonic, devils and wicked souls preying on me because I was Black. Actually, I was born Black. They however chose to be racist, bigots or what have you. You have to come together and work for the good. thats what I was taught. In this, we see people coming together working for the evil. They dont build, they actually destroy. My son wouldnt be in prison now had it not been for the intentional destruction imposed upon me, this contrary to the law. Although, they use a different set of rules in their Roman Laws, or Talmud. So, I ask, where are the values and morals. In fact, where is Justice within what is suppose to be a Justice System? I personally dont have a problem with Brian K. Murphy or Warden Ford, or Dzrundsa(sic), Armstrong, Yelmini, Luchiano,Livingston, Waller, Waldron, Delaney, Miles, Hypolite, Hixon-Smith, Harp, Walker, Rowland, Rell, Malloy, Barnes, Lembo, Wyman, Ojakian, Kemp, Woodruff, Fowler, Pierpont, Cicchetti, Sisco, Mastropietro, Frankl, Devlin, Huckaby, Lawlor, McDonald, or any of the other people that want to hate, be homosexual or alcoholics, smoke crack, pop pills, or any other vises they may have, as long as they keep that to themselves and do whatever they choose on their personal time. The havoc they cause however is on their public official time, as it relates to destroying my life. For sure, let us state for the record it is not the Marijuana, it doesnt cause such. Maybe they should stick to that. Besides, personally, I dont know any of these people that did this to me, thats what makes their actions even more callus as they go about hurting people deliberately. Had it been a simple error, it would have been addressed years ago. However, the continuation of the destruction after being brought to their attentions only indicates their malice intent. This, on the other hand is indicative of an organized plot to destroy, and to be criminal, like a Mafia, Cult, Fraternity, etc..

Lately, within the Department of Labor, we now have the Workers compensation Commission. This, coming under the range of another Murphy, who is suppose to be what is known as fair an arbitrator or something which is more frightening than anything previous. A fair member of an institutionalized racist policy structure is something to watch even more closely or with suspicion. Maybe, he can ask his relative, now back in charge of the Special Operations Unit, exactly what were they to gain out of attempting to place drugs, kidnap and murder me or my character was about. I would like the legal answer to that. Maybe he can ask Ojakian, Yelmini and Wyman and those responsible for processing the retirement papers for white people, exactly how or what laws say they can deny the same rights to black applicants, such as myself. That is if he is truly fair and by the way honesty comes along with fair as an arbitrator and all. In the south Black people were hung. Well, during the New York riots as well they were hung by the Irish and not cut down until they stopped kicking and such, that meant they were dead. My question is, how long do I have to hang in the balance, being that this is a balance, this Justice thing. Their attempts to discredit me, kidnap, murder, destroy my family is more than obvious. Now, they impose legislation so that when I am dead, that is completely, they can as the new law allows them to, to settle the issue with my dependents or estate. So, the removal from the swinging from the tree or balance as in the past is until the death of me. If history serves us correctly. It seems to simply be more souls added to hells pot if you ask me. I dont want it to be an en masse Judgment for these souls. May they have their turn on the balance one by one. May I be present to pull the lever as the floor board opens and they drop into their eternal abyss. You all have time as it seems. But, time runs out in this realm of being, and the pendulum comes to an holt, and then it is your turn on the balance as time begins a new eternity.
