THE BANK OF AZAD JAMMU & KASHMIR requires a Chief Operating Officer BAJK is wholly owned by the Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, created through an Act of AJK Legislative Assembly, and has a current net work of 50 branches. The Bank desires to hire a well qualified and suitably experienced banker to assist the President of the Bank in preparing the bank for consolidation, expansion and possible attainment of scheduled bank/NBFI status. Based at the Banks head office in Muzaffarabad, the selected officer shall report directly to the President, look after all the operational matters, and be given a remuneration package appropriate to the importance of position. Applicants should be: a. Chartered accountants, full IBP members, and/or holders of a masters or higher degree in finance. b. Not less than 10 years experience with a financial institution at a senior level, preferably at the head office level. c. Persons of integrity, with true professionalism and not more than 48 years of age.
