Retail Banking Officer

The Bank of Khyber is seeking applications from highly skilled and experienced
candidates for the position of Retail banking officer at Muzaffarbad upto OG-III level:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
He / She will be responsible for managing branch business and generating the
maximum results in term of efficiency, profitability, effectiveness, team building
and innovativeness as far as the potential of the branch is concerned.
He / She would responsible for providing business services to consumer and
retail clients and developing/maintaining relationships in lines with the overall
strategy of the bank.
He/She will market the consumer finance products to customers and work in
close coordination with the branch manager to ensure the achievements of the
assigned marketing targets.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Minimum education required is MBA, MA Economics, M.Com, BBA (Hons) or
any other equivalent degree in Banking/Finance from an HEC recognized
University
02 years in Credits/Marketing in a Commercial bank

TERM OF SERVICES:
Market based salary commensurate with experience and qualification will be
offered to the right person, Management reserves the right to select or reject any
application
Only short-listed candidates will be called for the interviews and no TA/DA will
be admissible.
Age up to 30 years (relaxable in deserving cases).
