Sametime Installation
Instructions to install Sametime 7.5.1 are as follows: 1. Open an Internet Explorer and enter https://chat.tcs.com in the address bar. The TCS Converse Login page appears.

Figure 1: Login Page 2. Type the Username and Password and then press Sign In. The Converse Home Page appears. 3. From the Home Page, select Download > Connect Client > Windows 32 Bit Client. The File Download Security Warning window appears. Figure 2: File Download Security Warning Window

4. Click Save and save the ST7.5.1 Installer on your desktop.

5. Double-click ST7.5.1Installer.exe from your local machine desktop to run the installation script. After completion, Sametime 7.5.1 Installation Successful Window appears showing the message "Congratulations!!! Sametime Connect Client 7.5.1 installation is Complete. Press any key to continue..

Figure 3: Sametime 7.5.1 Installation Successful Window 6. Double-click the Sametime icon on your desktop or use the path c:\Sametime\STConnect 7.5.1\sametime.exe to launch the new converse client. The Log In to Sametime page appears.

7. Enter the login details. The login details are as follows: a. Host Server: im.tcs.com (in case you are unable to connect to im.tcs.com, use either of these IP address: 172.17.9.68 or 219.64.34.26 as Host Server). b. User name: Email ID (abc.xyz@tcs.com format) c. Password: Webmail Password
