NOTICE
This is to inform MCA IV Semester students that the format for
Project Report to be followed is as under.

1. ARRANGEMENT OF CONTENTS
 The sequence in which the project report material should be arranged
and bound as follows:

1. Cover Page (as per format given)

2. Inner Title Page (Same as cover page)
3. Certificate (as per format given)
4. Acknowledgement (as per format given)
5. Table of Contents

2. PAGE DIMENSION
 Students should use only A4 size paper only. Students should use one
side of paper for printing.

3. TYPING INSTRUCTIONS
 The impression on the typed copies should be black in color.
 One and a half spacing should be used for typing the general text.
 The general text shall be typed in the Font Style 'Times New Roman'
and Font Size 14.
 The headings should be typed in Font Size 16 and must be bold.
 Front page cover for MCA IV Sem is Light Blue Colour

Report generation). Give all option screen-shot of your project.

5. System Testing
 Testing techniques and testing strategies used in your project.

6. Conclusions
 Limitations of Project
 Future Scope and further enhancement of the project

7. References
 Mention only those references of software / Websites that are
helpful in development of your Project
