To qualify as a Club Coach


Advanced Communicator Bronze[ACB] & Advanced Leader Bronze [ALB] A toastmaster may not be a member of the club and is not familiar with the members of the club. While coaches cannot be a member of the club when appointment, they may join later.

Coaches benefit by
Earn credit toward ALS Gains valuable experience in all aspects of club growth Great experience to expand leadership skills, include inspiring, motivating to action and marketing.

District 33 Strategy
Identify small clubs [ Division Club Coach Chair (Div CCC) ] Determine which small clubs need a coach (Area Governors) Build list of all potential club coaches, based on requirements to be a coach (List kept by Div CCC, names from A.G.s) Provide training to club coaches (Several trainers, list kept by District CCC) Match clubs and trained coaches (Div CCC) Monitor and support progress of coaches (Div CCC)
