During my experience in the Graphic Design field my work and personal knowledge has grown with the experience Ive gained and the positions I have held throughout my career. Working with multi-cultural organisations and many nationalities to teaching my skills to others and supervising teams, Being a highly motivated and passionate designer I always feel there is room for learning and taking on board new skills and attributes. I have gained the experience and confidence in presenting pitch work and presentations to clients, managing projects in terms of photoshoots and art direction. Also receiving valuable knowledge of printing process and techniques, Motion Graphics and recently website concept design & Production.

DMI Creative (London / Egypt) - Graphic Designer
Working for a London agency with international credentials, This role has given me the experience of working with multicultural clients throughout the Middle East. Working on international business projects involving corporate branding, websites, annual reports, brochures, HR communications, posters and advertising. Working for DMI Creative the position has given me the chance to work with leading contractors an manufactures that work with mega scale projects to produce their corporate branding and gain more experience with the creation of HR communications and advertising materials that meet clients needs and expectations.

February 2009 - September 2010 Ministry of Sound (Egypt) - Graphic Designer

During my time In Egypt I was responsible for creating exciting and visually appealing artwork for the Ministry of Sound and HedKandi Global Brands, Inspired by fashion and dance music. This role has given me the chance to develop and advance my skills producing motion graphics and screen visuals while managing digital photography to support the brands events on a regular basis. Along with screen based work the role has given me confidence producing website designs and concepts along with managing the design of magazine publications distributed across Egypt and the chance to Iiased with many nationalities and cultures from across the globe to work as a team.

February 2006 - February 2009 UYR Design (Leeds) - Graphic Designer

Employed in the studio as a middlewieght designer, I Began with designing visually exciting concepts for the leisure and nightclub industry before being heavily involved in building portfolios of design work for leading leisure companies, Pub companies, Education institutes and Police forces throughout the United Kingdom and Internationally. I was involved with heading up projects for the Education industry in terms of prospectus publications and supporting marketing designs. As my time progressed within this position I given the chance to handle client pitch work and presentations while also managing projects in terms of photoshoots and art direction. Throughout my experience here I gained valuable knowledge in printing processes and techniques to teaching technical skills to junior designers and colleagues while managing pitchwork for various industries to tight deadlines.

June 2005 - February 2006

Kingsley Cards North Yorkshire (Skipton) - Graphic Designer

Working in the greetings card industry designing concepts and artwork using accurate techniques and processes, This studio gave me the chance to explore artworking and finishing techniques within creative designs and illustrations while keeping projects within meticulous detail and delivering print ready concepts. I had the chance to work with a diverse studio with talents from hand drawn techniques, painting and canvas work to digital painting and modern design styles within a very competitive industry where creative freedom and expression is actively encouraged.

November 2003 - October 2004 Kingston Communications (Hull) - Graphic Designer

Employed as a team player to produce advertising based artwork for national publications, working to tight and often short deadlines in a busy but efficient studio environment with precise print techniques and deadlines this role gave me the chance to expand my knowledge of typography as an illustrative device. Throughout my time in this position I gained valuable knowledge of printing processes and pagination techniques and as the studio produced publications across the country to tight deadlines, I learned that team work was essential to this role and a very important part of a design team in terms of motivation and accurate production while working under pressure.

Working as a graphic designer, producing designs and delivering solutions to the companys bars and nightclubs based around the promotion and entertainment products, liasing with managers and printers to manage the production of flyers, banners, posters, signage, bar displays, and concepts for the events.

Working as a graphic designer and bar supervisor to produce visually exciting designs and delivering solutions to assist with the companys venues liasing with clients and venue managers to organise and distribute the flyers, banners, posters, signage, bar displays, menus and across the promotions.
