Project Title: (What you will call your project, examples: Building the Future: One brick at a time or Eat Right, Live Right) Target Community/Beneficiaries: (Name of the area, include the race/group/organization, eg: Alimugmog, Antipolo. 7-years-old girls) Community Background: Briefly describe the situation in the community. You may conduct an ocular inspection, interview key persons in the community, consult your college community coordinator and review the community profile. Outline the problems and needs of the target beneficiaries and briefly describe how the project intends to address these. Describe other projects/program in community and how this project will contribute to the over-all development objectives in the selected community.
