Chapter 4: PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS In this chapter, the proponents will provide a list of experiments and as well as the discussion

of the results and observation done on the system. 4.1 Introduction The main objective of the proponents is to provide a system for the student of STI College Munoz EDSA that will help them to emphasize their thoughts, opinion and clarifications regarding the academic activities. The proponents used the ISO 9126, an international standard for evaluating the software quality. In order to check the correctness of the software and provides guidelines for the applications that may satisfy the needs of the users. 4.2 Experimental The proponents conducted an experiment based on the criteria of ISO 9126. The following criteria are: Indicators A. Maintainability 1. It is easy to look at and determine
2. Is the system capable to adapt to any Changes as well as the design? 3. does the system is easily to maintain the File Maintainance.

B. Portability
1. does the system have a good backup Restoration? 2. does the system needs more component Requirement?

C. Usability 1. Does the system is useful for the user?

2. Is the system is easily to understand? (user friendly) 3. Is the effectiveness of the system is Consistent? D. Functionality 1. Is the system function correctly? 2. Is the system provide accurate output? 3. Is the system prevent unauthorized access?

Functionality- The sets of attributes that been on the existence of a set of functions and their specified properties. The functions are those that satisfy stated or implied needs. Usability- The set of attributes of software that bear on the users effort for operation and operation control. Portability- The attributes of software that bears on the opportunity for its adaptation to different specified environment without applying other actions or means than those provided for this purpose for the software considered. Maintainability- The set of attributes that bear on the effort needed to make specified modifications on the system.
