Name of candidate Cephas Tan Man-Le Year of matriculation 2011 About myself (max 100 words) Throughout my years of education thus far, it was only upon joining OIKOS did I truly feel what family was. The camaraderie I experienced while working with my peers (during OIKOS events) has deeply inspired me to pass on this lively experience to fellow members of the OIKOS family. Also, as a task-oriented and clear-headed person, I am able to handle crises under pressure, while maintaining good relationships with my peers. The willingness to learn from others throughout my OIKOS experiences has helped me realize the importance of adaptability, especially in being conscientious of how my decisions will affect others. Agenda for 10th Executive Committee & Vision for the Society (max 100 words) 10th OIKOS Exco: - To bring out the best in every member, to serve OIKOS to the best of our abilities. - To strengthen the kinship and camaraderie within OIKOS by being role models who are ever approachable and willing to go the extra mile to serve the student body Economics Society: - Create new initiatives that cater to each academic year more specifically, allowing for greater cohesion within the society and promoting the sense of family. - Represent the student body when communicating with the various school offices Expected year of graduation 2015
