1988 - 1993: Won numerous US national competitions, including: Gold medals at the 1991and 1993 National Collegiate Taekwondo Championships (NCTA) o 1991 Male Collegiate M.V.P. of the Year Award Bronze medal at the 1991 U.S. National Championships (USTU) Gold medals at the 1995 and 1996 Massachusetts State Championships Gold medals at the 1986,1988 and 1990 California State Championships Bronze medalist at the 1992 Barcelona U.S. Olympic Team Trials (USTU) Fifth place at the 1988 Seoul U.S. Olympic Team Trials (USTU) These are a sampling of his competition history
