VWe grant to Hewlett-Packard Company and its affiliates* ("Snapfish"), for valuable consideration acknowledged and received, the perpetual permission to use, distribute and publish photographic portrai8, pictures, or images of me, my family and my property, or any likeness of me, my family or my property or in which I or my family may be include( in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations, or reproductions thereof in color or othenvise, made through any medium, conventional or digital and in any media now or hereafter known (*Photograph"). The Photograph may be used for the advertising, marketing, and/or promotion of Snapfish products and services. Snapfish will not use the name of any individual that appears in the Photograph, without express perrrission from the individual.
