Stir-fry Recipe by Jean Green house

Equipment:
Wok (Frying Pan) Cutting Board Chef Knife Spatula Waste-bin A Plate Spoon/Fork

Ingredients
1 bowl *not big* of water 2 table spoons of Oyster-Sauce 1 table spoons of Fish Sauce 10 pieces of baby corn (chopped into 3 pieces per 1 piece) 5 mushrooms (chopped into for each one) 1 table spoons of oil

5 shrimps A pinch of spring onions

Recipe
*Heat the pan* Add a tablespoon of oil Wait until it starts bubbling a bit Add the shrimps inwait for it to turn pink Then add all the baby corn into the pan Add a bowl of water *Be Careful!* Then add the mushrooms Mix well for a few minutes *According to your taste, but this is recommended* Add 2 tablespoons of fish sauce Mix well so the sauce reaches everywhere Add 2 table spoons of oyster sauce Add a dash of water *again* Mix for about 5-10 minutes (Taste for your own flavor *add more fish sauce if needed for the flavor taste, or add more water for a more bland taste*) Then pour it neatly onto a plate
