Question & Hypothesis

Q: Would the egg sink in salt water or

normal water?
H: My hypothesis is the egg will float

entirely in salt water and might just lift up a little bit in normal water

Observations of my Experiment
EGG DROPPED IN NORMAL WATER:
- Sank down entirely - Started rolling- bouncing

- Sank down-Not moving

EGG DROPPED IN SALT WATER: Sank Came up immediately-Near the top of the tall glass

Conclusion-What I have Learnt

I LEARNED..

That an egg sinks in fresh water and floats in salt water. Egg floats in salt water because salt makes the water denser and dense water helps an egg float easier.
