    The University of Santo Tomas Librarians Association (USTLA) provides this Proposed Activities and Timeline for A.Y. 2012-2013 to facilitate the achievement of its goals and objectives as well as encourage cooperation and participation from its members. ACTIVITIES/PROJECTS 1 COMMITTEE IN CHARGE TIMELINE July August 2012

    Receiving and processing applications for Committee on USTLA membership (including preparation Membership of membership forms) Recognition of USTLA members (tokens for Sunshine Committee birthday celebrants, recipients of awards; including mass card/flower for those who lost a loved one) Launching of the USTLA website (including Committee on creation and updating of articles & layout) Publication Provision of business cards for USTLA Committee on members (including preparation and Publication printing phase) Outreach Activity (organizing the library Committee on collection of Our Lady of Peace College Outreach Seminary) Local Library Tour (tentative location: Committee on Presidential Museum and Library, etc.) Conference/Tour UST Librarians Individual & Group picture Committee on Membership
