Fermit GmbH, manufacturer of high temperature sealing products presents Grafitpaste Nivo, a liquid sealing paste for threaded and flanged joints that prevents sticking of gaskets, seizure protection to bolts and screws exposed to high temperatures and works as a lubricant for components exposed to high temperatures. When used in conjunction with hemp, also available from Fermit, the products acts as a thread sealant for damaged threads in flange connections. Gaskets sealed with it can be reused. It stays soft and pliable in the can and never needs stirring. The product is non-flammable, is water resistant and black in colour. Also used as an assembly aid during mounting for all internal surfaces of machine parts especially cylinder walls, pistons, and piston rings, main bearings, etc. Valve stems etc are coated with Grafitpaste Nivo to prevent rust, for smooth functioning while twisting and longterm lubrication. 500 grams tin.
