Recommendation The continued presence of stressors associated with his refugee status and resettlement issues, ongoing perceived

threat to his safety, the ongoing trial with smugglers, current precarious living conditions in Istanbul, financial difficulties, housing and nutritional problems, and his deteriorated physical health prevents Mr. Moazzen from benefiting from a psychological or psychiatric treatment approach. He is in need of a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach that would provide him physical and psychological rehabilitation and social, financial, and legal support. Unfortunately, this comprehensive approach is not possible in Turkey due to its lack of infrastructure for proper refugee care. His resettlement to a third country that offers proper care to refugees is highly recommended.
