24 September 2012 Dear Parents / Carers We would like to invite you to a Year 10 GCSE Curriculum Evening on Tuesday 9 October

at 7pm. You play a vital role in the success of your child at GCSE and your support can help enormously. The aim of this evening will be to give you information of the many ways you can help so that all our pupils can achieve their potential. The evening will consist of presentations from Ms Humberstone, Head of Year, and the Heads of Math, English and Science. Heads of all the other departments will be available after the presentations to answer any particular questions you may have. Mr. Burke will also talk about the development of the new sixth form provision at Christs and there will also be an opportunity to look at the plans for the location of the new building which is due to be opened in 2014.
