    Aloha Jane: On behalf of Mayor Kenoi and the County of Hawai`i Sister City Delegation, including myself and the Department of Research and Development, MAHALO NUI! Your generous donation of twenty-four (24) bars of your exquisite plumeria and coconut `ili soap was used as gifts from the County of Hawai`i to international delegates in Kumejima, Japan. This trip was reciprocal to the partnership created during APEC between the County of Hawai`i and the City of Kumejima, Okinawa, Japan. The gifts presented were well represented with the best products of Hawai`i Island, and it would not have been so without the addition of your exemplary soaps. Mahalo and Aloha,
