50% deposit must be received at initial mount check-in.

All invoices that are cancelled after commencement of work will result in a forfeiture of
at least 50% of the initial deposit.
Checks returned for Non-Sufficient Funds will be assessed a $35 fee.
Payment of the FINAL BALANCE must be made within 7 days of final completion
notification.
NO work will be released from the studio until the balance is paid in full-NO
EXCEPTIONS!
Any specimen/trophy not picked up within 30 days of final completion notification will
become property along with monies already paid to Jerry Fyffe and/or Danny Morgan.
Crating and shipping along with the other costs and fees are extra if applicable.

Jerry Fyffe and Danny Morgan accepts NO responsibility for the legality of harvest of the
specimen(s) listed above. All licenses, tags, and identification must be presented at the time of
check-in. While every effort will be made to safeguard trophies in our possession, neither Jerry
Fyffe nor Danny Morgan will be held responsible for loss or damage of trophies or other items
resulting from: Theft, Fire, Vandalism, Flood, Third Party loss or damage, or other circumstance
or act of God that is beyond our control. Jerry Fyffe and Danny Morgans liability in
replacement of trophies will be strictly limited to the actual cost of mounting/preparing the
specimen and nothing more. All tanning is accepted at owner's risk.
