Hello! Im a loan officer.

Im here to help
you throughout the mortgage process. Lets
start with an application. With the help of
some basic personal information and a
credit report, well determine what size loan
you would qualify to borrow as well as what
size loan you are most comfortable with.
Apply for a Pre-Qualification

Initial Underwriting

Your loan officer will collect documentation of income and
submit your file to a processor who will organize info for initial
underwriter approval.
Your file goes to the underwriter who acts as the judge and
jury for your loan approval. If everything is within guidelines,
youll be conditionally approved.

You and Your Realtor Work Together

Find the perfect house and
negotiate an offer. The executed
offer is submitted and the loan
processor now orders a title report
and an appraisal report. These
reports return to the underwriter.
Final Loan Approval

Final Documents are Prepared

Receive Funding and HOME OWNERSHIP!

All reports and documentaton goes back to the
underwriter for a fnal sign of.
Dont worry if additonal documentaton is requested by
the underwriter; its not uncommon!
You will receive the keys
to your new home
once the deed has been
recorded by the closing
atorney at the
courthouse!

Youre now in the clear to close! Your fnal loan
package is sent over to the closing atorney where
they prepare your Setlement Statement or HUD 1.
The closing atorney will review the HUD 1 with you
and explain all the documents in the closing package
as you sign on the doted line!
