Mandeville/Covington CWC Networking Women in Their Community Dear Vendor: We are pleased by your interest in participating in our CWC's

Dynamic & Inspirational Women's Networking event on April 10, 2013, at Benedict's Plantation. For a fee of $50, each vendor will be provided with a meal, an 8ft. table and tablecloth where they may display and sell products, distribute samples, and hand out flyers and or business cards, etc. A copy of your business card will be included in our program, which is given to all attendees. Payment must be received no later than 14 days before the event. However, space is not guaranteed until payment is received and your application is approved. Please complete your Vendor Application and make your check payable to CWC (Christian Women's Connection) Mail To: Pat Heumann, 14277 Riverlake Dr. Covington, La. 70435, 985-966-2044 Set-up begins at 10:00am. (No early arrivals, Please) The vendor tables will be open for business from ll:00am-Noon, and again from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. Our Chairman or the Emcee will open the event at 12:00 with a welcome to our luncheon. Our program can consists of a community outreach, music, and an inspirational speaker. Time permitting, there will be a five minute opportunity to network at your lunch table before our speaker begins. Lunch: One meal is included in the fee. Any additional meals needed for your guest, must be purchased from either a business selling tickets or purchased through a CWC Board member. Door Prizes: We ask each of our vendors to provide one door prize in the form of product or gift certificate equal to $20.00 or more if possible. Special Requirements: If you have special requirements not listed on the application (electric outlets, etc) Please notify me at your earliest convenience. Our Vendors are not limited to participation in only one event but are encouraged to participate in other luncheons, but not back to back. Special Needs: List any special needs, such as an electrical outlet wall, etc. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but it is not guaranteed. NO Refunds: All fees are non-refundable. Vendor will only promote products/services listed on vendor application. CWC reserves the right to reject anything that is not in keeping with our rule regarding the promotion of any specific religion or any practice of any specific religion. Solicitation for donations and donor information, such as contact information is strictly prohibited. Vendor may NOT change location of the assigned booth space. The sponsoring organization reserves the right to change vendor booth location up to the start of the event If the Vendor uses credit or debit card transactions, all machines and fees associated with usage are solely the Vendor's responsibility. Vendor is responsible for the collection and payment of all appropriate taxes. All applicable tax laws must be followed. Vendor must provide their door prize by_____, (1 week before the event) so that it can be included with all other door prizes on the day of the event This Vendor agreement is non-transferable. Vendor space is to be left as found: cleaned and all trash properly removed. Please note that completing this application DOES NOT guarantee vendor space.
