Dear Vendor: We are pleased by your interest in participating in CWCs Dynamic & Inspirational Womens Networking event at Benedicts Plantation October 12, 2011. For the fee of $50, each vendor will be provided a meal and a 6-foot skirted table where they may display and sell products, distribute samples, pass out flyers and or business cards, etc.; a reproduction of your business card will also be included in our program. Space is not guaranteed until payment is received and your application is approved. Payment must be received no later than September 28, 2011, (14 days before the event). Set-up begins at 10:00 am. The vendor tables will be open from 11:00 am - Noon and again from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Our Chairman or the Emcee will open the event with a welcome to our luncheon. There will be an opportunity to network at the lunch table and the program portion of the event will conclude with an inspirational speaker. Please complete your Vendor Application and make your check payable to: CWC (Christian Womens Connection) Mail to: Valerie Roberts 613 Holm Oak Lane Mandeville, LA 70471 Lunch: One meal is included in the fee. Any additional meals needed for additional attendees must be RSVP. (See Below). Door Prizes: We ask each of our vendors to provide one door prize in the form of product or gift certificate equal to $20.00 or more if possible. Special Requirements: If you have special requirements not listed on the application (electric outlets, etc.) Please notify me at your earliest convenience. Dont forget to bring the following: Credit Card receipts, if you accept credit cards Change, for cash sales Business cards Order forms Be sure to invite friends who might want to attend.
