Procedure for Transcript Request

Common App Schools


1. Go to https://www.commonapp.org/ and follow instructions 2. Fill out transcript request form and submit to counselors office 3. Write on the Transcript Request Form: Common App School(s), list the name(s) and actual deadline(s), and turn it in to Mrs. Micheaux in the Commons Office 4. No addressed/stamped envelope needed and only one (1) request for however many Common App schools, use additional sheet if you have more to list 5. Counselor letter of recommendation packet must be completed and submitted to your counselor at the same time

Apply Texas Schools


1. 2. 3. 4. Go to https://www.applytexas.org/ and follow instructions Fill out transcript request form and submit to registrars office with school names listed No envelope needed No counselor letter of recommendation required

Out of State, Non- Apply Texas and Non-Common App Schools


Option A: If counselor letter of recommendation packet is required: 1. Fill out transcript request form and/or applicable forms and submit to counselors 2. Addressed/Stamped envelope is required to be submitted to the counselor with all paperwork 3. Counselor letter of recommendation packet must be completed and submitted to your counselor at the same time Option B: If counselor letter of recommendation is not required: 1. Fill out transcript request form and submit to registrars office 2. Addressed/Stamped envelope required
