Step 1: Online Registration: The link below should be used by the students to register for the Deloitte Campus Recruitment Process

Online registration is mandatory for all students in order to appear for the Deloitte Process The link will remain open till 11:00 am on October 5, 2012. Refer to the attached online registration instruction document for further clarification

Step 2: Preliminary Screening Rounds Date Time Venue 9-Oct-2012 11:00 am onwards Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad/ IILM Institute for Higher Education

There are 4 screening rounds comprising of 3 online tests and 1 spoken English round The details of each of these rounds are shared below The shortlisted candidates based on the eligibility criteria mentioned are eligible to appear for the screening tests

Test: Financial Statements / Accounting Terminology / Account Analysis / MS Excel (Version 2007) Duration: 45 min Preval Number of Questions: 25 Guidelines: Candidates can choose to start with any module Each module is a timed test in itself Candidates need to demonstrate their proficiency in each of the above modules Test: Spoken English skills Versant Duration: ~ 15 min Number of Questions: 62

General Instructions:
Belit, Merittrac and Preval will be administered online. Test links along with unique usernames and passwords will be shared with the candidates at the time of the test Versant test will be taken over telephone. Candidates will be required to dial in on a number and interact with a pre-recorded voice having an accent different from the Indian accent Every test will be an elimination round. Evaluation will be based on internal benchmarks and candidates meeting the same will be moved to the subsequent rounds Detailed instructions specific to each test will be given at the time of administration Candidates are required to carry a pen and a rough sheet Candidates are required to carry with them a hard copy of their latest resume along with a passport size photograph stapled on it, when appearing for the Preliminary Screening Rounds

Step 3: Pre-placement Talk

The pre-placement talk would be conducted for the shortlisted students who would be appearing for the interviews for the U.S Taxation profile This will be followed by the 3 rounds of interviews (HR interview Business Interview 1 Business Interview 2) During the pre-placement talk we would share insights on Deloitte, the service lines within U.S taxation, the Deloitte culture and opportunities provided and the compensation details It is an opportunity to interact with our leaders and clarify all your queries

Step 5: Next Steps Verbal offers: Post completion of the Business Interview 2 round, verbal offers will be extended to the selected candidates Final offers: The soft copies of the offer letters will be mailed to the selected candidates.
